WISA-Form Elephant is a WPC coated special plywood for use in formwork systems where high requirements are set on the concrete surface and the number of reuses.

Base board: Birch plywood made solely from birch (hardwood) veneers bonded together in a special construction.

Bonding: Phenolic resin cross-bonded weather resistant glueing according to EN 314-2/class 3.

Surface and edges: Face – 1,6 mm light grey special plastic coating. Reverse – Dark brown phenolic film 220 g/m2 moisture barrier.

Optional: Special plastic coating on both sides.

Edge sealing: Water resistant paint.

Panel size: Maximum size: 1525 x 3660 mm. Sizes at customer’s request.

Reuses: Typical number of reuses is likely to be in the range of >100 times. However, this will vary according to many different factors including good site practice, required concrete finish, amount of care taken when compacting the concrete, handling and storage of the forms, type and quality of release agent.

WISA-Form Pro is a high performance hybrid formwork panel, combining the excellent strength properties of Birch with a composite coating for improved formworking properties.

Base board: Plywood made solely from birch (hardwood) veneers, giving the panel its excellent weight-strength ratio.

Bonding: Weather resistant bonding according to EN 314-2/class 3.

Surface and edges: Face – Grey composite coating. Reverse – Dark brown phenolic film. Edge sealing – Water resistant paint.

Lightweight Column Formwork

Lightweight column formwork which can produce column with rectangle cross-sections of 200mm up to 6oomm in 5omm increments. Can be extended to produce cross sections with a maximum width of 6oomm and a maximum length of 13oomm.

All pieces can be positioned and assembled by hand.

H200R Curved Wall Formwork

The H200R radius wall formwork system can be adjusted to form any radius beginning with an internal wall radius of 1.oom.

The H200R radius wall system is fully compatible with the T120 large panel wall formwork system and utilises the same alignment couplers.

Based on 250mm grid sizes, the D117 Wall formwork system is a lightweight alternative to the T120 Large panel system. Ideal for housing projects, the D117 system utilises easy to use alignment couplers for onsite assembly.

T120D Dual Purpose Formwork

Based on the T120 wall formwork system the T120D dual purpose formwork system allows you to form concrete walls and decks using the minimal amount of accessories. T120D panels act as both table forms and wall forms. Specially designed table heads allow props to be fitted to the table forms in spacings of 3oomm increments. The props in each table unit can be folded and locked parallel to the table panel for easy stacking. The T120D dual purpose panels use the same durable frame as the standard T120 wall panels.

Finish:

Standard frames are finished in high quality powder coating, providing superior protection and longer life. Hot-dip galvanised frames are also available on request.

T120D panels are available with the following form-lining options:

High quality birch plywood with a film coating of phenolic resin.

Plastic coated high quality Birch plywood.

Plastic/aluminium composite form-lining.

Compatibility:

T120D panels are compatible with T120 wall panels and many standard European wall formworl< systems.

Panel lengths : 3.6m, 2.4m and 1.8m (other sizes can be made on request).

Panel widths: 1.5m, 1.2m, 0.6m and 0.3m. (other sizes can be made on request).

Storage:

T120D Table unit with its props folded in to the storage position is just 4oomm high. The specially designed table heads allow the props to be folded into the storage position without interfering with the other props in the unit.
